All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.
Why We Have a No-Returns Policy
All of our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers in India. Due to the complex logistics and high costs associated with international shipping, it is not practical or realistic for us to process return shipments back to our suppliers.

We strongly advise customers tocarefully review the detailed size charts and product descriptions before placing an order. Because we cannot accommodate exchanges for sizing issues, we recommend double-checking your measurements and sizing requirements against the information provided.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
While all products undergo strict quality control before shipping, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact our Customer Service team immediately(within 48 hours of delivery) or email us directly at info@zewamahal.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item so we can promptly assess the issue and arrange a resolution.

What are your shipping timelines?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 15 business days from the order confirmation date.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders shipped within the U.S. qualify for free standard delivery.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent via email once your package ships. If you didn’t receive one, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Do you ship internationally?
While we offer complimentary shipping on all orders throughout the United States, wedo not currently offer international shipping. We are focused on providing the best experience for our customers within the U.S. region.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to update the address. Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Our inventory is limited and restocking is conducted on a monthly basis, depending on supplier availability. We recommend checking back at the beginning of the next calendar month for new stock.
