Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays in processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available in your area)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Zewa Mahal is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
